Terms & Conditions
- Our Programmes are suitable for children who attend full time school up to 11 year old only.
- Parents/Guardians are expected to book and make payment for their children in advance as limited spaces are available.
- Little Rebels are not able to refund sessions that are missed or cancelled by attendees without at least 24hrs notice.
- We are not able to refund the session if your child misses part of the session you have booked.
- Little Rebels reserves the right to cancel holiday club sessions due if too few bookings have been received five days prior to the session.
- Staff must be informed at the time of arrival if a different person is collecting your child at the end of the day.
- Little Rebels reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances or less than the minimum of ten participants have booked onto the specific day/session. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice will be given to the parents/guardians that have pre-book.
- Children are expected to bring their own lunch, including a drink in a refillable cup. We will supply extra drinks and snacks during the day.
- Little Rebels shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any property during sessions.
- All parents/guardians are expected to fill in a registration form for each child before they attend holiday club.
- Children are expected to demonstrate good positive behaviour at all times. Children who behave inappropriately, for example by physically or mentally abusing another child or adult will have their parents /guardians called and be asked that they are immediately collected. Should this happen Little Rebels will not be liable to offer a full or part refund for time missed.
- Little Rebels does not accept responsibility for your child’s welfare outside of the hours advertised for each holiday club or workshop.
- Children should arrive dressed appropriately for taking part in art and craft activities which include the use of paint and other materials which could stain clothing. Club t shirts are provided for each child at first session and children are encouraged to wear these either over their clothes or as their choice of clothing for the day.
- It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to notify Little Rebels and to update their registration details of any changes to the childs information including change of address and health issues.
- For the safety of every child that attends our holiday clubs mobile phones, iPad’s, cameras or any other form of technology should not be brought to or used at our holiday clubs. If your child brings any electrical devices in, they will be looked after by a member of staff, locked away and will be handed to the parent/guardian at the end of the day.
